Grokaro provides a free invoice generation tool and a premium subscription service for Indian travel businesses. The free tool requires no account. Premium features require a paid subscription at ₹999/month per company.
2. User Accounts
To use premium features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Payment & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹999. Payments are processed manually through UPI or bank transfer. Premium access is activated upon payment verification by our team, typically within 2-4 hours.
4. Data & Privacy
Your invoice data, customer records, and business information are stored securely on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You can request data deletion by contacting admin@grokaro.com.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
